Long time no see. I've been quite busy lately looking for new adventures in life, baking cupcakes and of course preparing for a wedding and a baby (no, both not mine). But when I get the chance to do some cooking (at least if you can call it that in my case), I grab the opportunity. Jeroen Meus, one of my favorite chefs here in Belgium, designed a whole series of pots and pans together with Blokker. I tested this 20cm non-stick pan using it to bake some healthy banana pancakes. Just mix 1 banana and two eggs, bake these little pancakes, easy peasy!
The pan heats up super quick,is made out of stainless steel and the grip is ovenproof and anti-slip so very easy to use for a clumsy girl like myself here.
